1、 Q: What’s our main sales market?
A: Europe 30%, North America 30%, Australia 40%, and some to Japan and Hongkong.
2、Q: What style is good at?
A:We are now specialized in exquisite styles, thanks to our fabric and trim suppliers, we can do both spring/summer styles in jersey/poplin/linen,
and fall/winter styles like sweaters, cotton-padded, and artificial fur.
3、Q: What’s the minimum order quantity?
A: The minimum order quantity is 300pcs per style and 1000pcs per order.
4、Q: With what payment and price term to do business?
A: Payment term: we usually accept L/C at sight, or T/T as 30% prepaid and 70% before shipment. Price term: FOB, C&F and CIF mainly.
5、Q: How to deal with samples making?
A: If to make sales samples with required fabric, client should pay the charge and the pattern fee before sample making. The pattern fee will be
returned when making bulk.
If there is other charges (like print plate) occurred, client should pay it, and we also will return it if only the bulk quantity is up to minimum.
6、Q: What’s the bulk shipment lead time?
A: According to different bulk quantity, the bulk shipment lead time is 35-60 days after PPS (Pre-production sample) confirmed and L/C or 30%
deposit received.
7、Q: How long does it take to make new samples?
A: If there’s stock fabric and trims available for the samples and the quantity is less than 10pcs and 3 styles, then it takes about one week. If it
needs to remake fabric/trim, the time will be longer depends on the processing. The usual time is about 2 to 3 weeks.
8、Q: How to control the quality and delivery time?
A: For each order, there will be a QC specialized in it to track every process and keep updating with client every day. We’ll also work out the
production schedule for the shipment time and check the timesheet every day.
